Please note that once a shipment is releas to a carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft as all packages are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during carriage, please contact us at info@olibym.com.
Refunds & Exchanges
At Ōli by M, we are fully committed to offering you the best quality products for your skin. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, less cost of shipping. We apologize, but returns or exchanges cannot be honored after tis window. Please email us at info@olibym.com within 30 business days and return items to PO BOX 430158, SAN YSIDRO, CA. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER.
